Consultation Fees
- The consultation fees charged for appointments with our doctors are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Pharmacy Purchases
- Medicines purchased from our hospital pharmacy are non-refundable once sold.
- In case of any discrepancies (e.g., incorrect medicine provided or damaged packaging), please report the issue immediately to the pharmacy. We will review the concern and, if valid, provide an exchange for the correct product.
Procedure and Service Cancellations
- For any pre-scheduled procedures or services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any advance payments made may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
- Refunds for advance payments (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
General Guidelines
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the hospital management.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer.
