Colour Blindness

A lack of the ability to differentiate between specific colours. The disorder is typically hereditary. The inability to distinguish between different shades of red and green is common in patients with colour blindness.

Macular Degeneration causes visual loss in the centre of the field. The centre of the retina worsens in dry macular degeneration. In wet macular degeneration, there is the formation of leaky blood vessels beneath the retina.

Myopia / Hypermetropia

These are common vision conditions that affect eyesight. Myopia is a condition in which close objects are clear but distant objects appear blurry. Hypermetropia is a condition in which close objects appear blurry.cloudy or dirty window.

Retinitis pigmentosa

The back wall of the eye (retina) is injured in this eye condition. Retinitis Pigmentosa is a degenerative eye disease caused by a hereditary gene that causes significant vision loss. Symptoms typically appear in childhood.
